The Stepladder Finals of the 4th Annual GSUSBC Adult-Youth Doubles Tournament showcased thrilling matchups, remarkable performances, and clutch bowling as teams vied for the championship title. Bowlers competed via baker format, with the adult bowlers throwing frames 1-3-5-7-9 and the youth bowlers throwing frames 2-4-6-8-10.
The action began with Jacob Wilmot and Matt Hill defeating Riley Moran and Keith Strouse in a close opening match, 229-210.
Riding the momentum, Wilmot and Hill faced off against Gunner and Devin Selinko in the second game, claming another victory with a 210-193 score.
In the third round, Wilmot and Hill delivered their most dominant performance, defeating Jen Reitnour and Richard Grate by a convincing 249-208 margin to advance to the final.
However, in the championship match, the incredible run of Jacob Wilmot and Matt Hill came to an end as Brody Kline and TJ Trout rose to the occasion. Kline and Trout delivered an outstanding performance, sealing the title with a decisive 240-198 victory.
