Congratulations to Cindy Gerber & Kearsten Clark – this year’s winners of the GSUSBC No Tap Doubles tournament. Scott Zurat & Rusty Gaffney finished second, while Greg Andregic & Scott Shappell rounded out the top three.
Scott Zurat also took down the optional singles event – winning by over 100 pins. He was followed by Brianne Galante (2nd) and Carolyn Wasilewski (3rd).

The team event of the GSUSBC Open Championships has concluded at Pine Lanes. Team results and All Event results are posted below. Thank you for all bowlers who participated. The prize list will be published shortly – and payments will be available at the GSUSBC Banquet and Hall of Fame Induction on April 28th. For those that do not attend, payments will be mailed.

The Greater Schuylkill USBC is inviting all bowlers to take part in our 13th Annual Open Championships. Strike Zone Alleys & Pine Lanes are the sponsors of this year’s tournament. The tournament features three divisions (196 and above, 195 and below, and Seniors), and three events (Team, Doubles, and Singles). The events will take place from April 6th until April 15th. Brackets and side pots will also be available. See the flyer for details

Congratulations to Ken Reynolds & TJ Trout – winners of the 2018 Men’s Bowler of the Year tournament. Ken Reynolds came into the stepladder as the top seed, and beat Brian Beuhl in the championship match. Ray Beltz finished 3rd, followed by John Daley. TJ Trout rounded out the top 5 – but was also crowned Scratch Division champion. Complete results are posted below.

Congratulations to Brooke Schach, winner of the today’s Greater Schuylkill USBC Youth No Tap tournament. Corey, Rinda, Briar Riegel, and Abby Wolfe rounded out the top four, and all earned scholarship money. Thank you to all youth bowlers and parents who attended. Our next Youth tournament will be the Bowler of the Year tournament which takes place on Sunday, February 18th @ 1 pm.
